Piquee is for entertainment purposes only. The quizzes and their results are meant to be fun and are not scientific, diagnostic, or professional advice of any kind.
2.1 To enjoy the full social features of Piquee, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
2.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
2.3 You must be at least 13 years old to use Piquee. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the Service and agree to these Terms.
3.1 You retain ownership of the text, images, and other content you create, upload, or post on Piquee, including your quiz results, squad chats, and profile information ("Your Content").
3.2 By sharing Your Content, you grant Piquee a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify, and display that Content as necessary to operate, promote, and improve the Service. This includes displaying your quiz results and badges to your approved squad members.
3.3 Your Responsibilities: You are solely responsible for Your Content. You agree that Your Content will not:
3.4 Squad Rules: The "Squad" feature is designed for positive, friendly interaction. As a squad member or creator, you are responsible for fostering a respectful environment. We are not liable for interactions between squad members, but we reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these community standards.
Because Piquee includes user-generated content (UGC), we provide safety mechanisms to help prevent abusive behavior:
Piquee is free to download and use with access to a rotating selection of quizzes. We may offer premium features, such as exclusive quiz packs, enhanced squad customization, or a subscription to remove ads, through in-app purchases ("IAPs").
The Piquee application, its original content (including all quiz questions, designs, artwork, and "Piquee" branding), features, and functionality are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works for any commercial purpose.
We care about your privacy. Our data collection and use practices are detailed in the Piquee Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms. Please read it to understand how we handle your information, especially in a social context.
PIQUEE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE QUIZZES AND THEIR RESULTS ARE FOR FUN AND ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL PSYCHOLOGICAL, MEDICAL, OR ANY OTHER TYPE OF ADVICE. DO NOT MAKE IMPORTANT LIFE DECISIONS BASED ON QUIZ RESULTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PIQUEE AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violations of these Terms. You may stop using Piquee at any time. Termination may result in the loss of your data, including your quiz archive and squad memberships.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may update these Terms. The updated version will be posted in the app. Your continued use of Piquee after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
